I have worked in some area of training, development, as well as change management, knowledge retention, processes improvement and evaluation, and teaching throughout my 30+ year career.
I have worked in local government positions, business settings, and public, private, and non-profit institutions.
I am a big supporter of systems thinking, influenced by Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory as well as the work of Peter Senge and his Fifth Discipline. Other important theoretical frameworks that guide my work include positive psychology and solution focused thinking, which stems from social constructionism.
I am experienced in working with a variety of tests and assessments.
